This immaculately presented second-floor studio is part of a complex of seven apartments located in the vibrant heart of Sanremo. The property comfortably sleeps two guests making it the ideal choice for a romantic getaway or a city break with a friend.

The apartment has a beautiful boutique finish, with feature walls decorated with opulent wallpaper and contrasting paint choices.

The spacious, open-plan living area is stylishly furnished with a gorgeous velvet sofa bed, a large flat-screen digital HDTV and a dining table. This area also incorporates the kitchen which is well equipped with; an induction hob, oven, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

Located next to the Ariston Theatre (the venue for the Festival of Sanremo) on Via Matteotti, where Sanremo’s most prestigious international boutiques and eateries are found, this is the ideal base for a city break or a holiday exploring the Italian Riviera.

Situated on the Italian Riviera the charming coastal town of Sanremo has been a popular tourist destination since the mid-1700s. Known for its picturesque beauty and vibrant atmosphere, its mild winters and warm summers create a pleasant environment for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling and exploring the surrounding natural landscapes. The Ponente Ligure cycle path follows the coast for 24 km offering breathtaking scenery and is suitable for families with children, with refreshment points and bike rental.

La Pigna, the old town centre is a 6-minute walk away from the accommodation and a labyrinth of alleyways and houses. For those interested in history and architecture there are several noteworthy landmarks; the Sanremo Casino (a 6-minute walk), a grand Art Nouveau building that often hosts cultural events and exhibitions and the iconic Russian Church (an 8-minute walk) with its distinctive onion domes.

Visitors can escape the bustling city in the peaceful beauty of Sanremo’s Villas, gardens and green spaces. How can I cancel my booking?
