Flat for rent - Lisbon

One bedroom apartment, cosy and comfortable, with a lovely small balcony, in our private small building (with 3 flats, one per floor). The house is fully furnished and equipped for a pleasant short or long term stay, either for a sightseeing trip or as a work trip, it will surely meet your needs. It has one bedroom (with double bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area and sitting area, and a bathroom. The balcony (accessible from the bedroom or kitchen) has a small table and chairs for a nice breakfast outside on warm sunny days!
It is located in the traditional neighborhood of Campolide, only 3,5 km from the city historical center, with lots of shops and local commerce, you can find anything within 5-10 min walk. Amoreiras shopping center is under 10 min, Marquês de Pombal or Rato about 20 min walk. Getting to different areas of the city is quite easy by bus - you'll find many bus lines under 5 min walk. And of course walking - it's always the best way to get to know the city. The two closest subway stations are about 20 min away.

The apartment was in great condition, exactly like in the photos! The area of the apartment is perfect, there is a shopping center (5-8 minutes walk) and supermarkets nearby. The neighborhood is very pleasant and quiet. From the apartment it takes 15 minutes to walk to the city center. 2 mins away from the apartment is a bus station which is Good connected to metro stations etc. The owner of the apartment was always available no matter what time it was and, above all, very helpful with questions, recommendations, etc. There was nothing I could complain about during my 6 month stay. I recommend this apartment to everyone!

Neighborhood
The neighborhood is quiet even though there is a motorway nearby that you won't notice! The neighbors were always friendly in the area, a very familiar, traditional area with also traditional restaurants and cafes.
