Flat for rent - Linda-a-Velha

This beautiful and bright apartment is cozy and comfortable, ready to be your home away from home.

It's a two-bedroom apartment with a separate living room and kitchen.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The price includes cleaning service 2 times a month and utilities as per Flatio terms.

In the living room, there's a modern 48-inch TV so you can watch Youtube, Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc, or normal channels incl international ones.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. There're Tefal frying pans.

The main bedroom features a very comfortable 160cm wide and 200cm long bed with a memory foam mattress, the pillows are also from memory foam.

The other bedroom is transformed into an office with high-speed internet.
A person could sleep on the sofa-bed, for two persons for a long time it might be uncomfortable. Children should be comfortable.
All linens and pillows are provided, too.

There's a small veranda where you can sit and enjoy the afternoon sun or hang your clothes after washing them. It's suitabel for animals in case you'd like to bring your pet.

The apartment is located in the residential neighborhood of Linda-a-Velha.

The location is:
2 min on foot from a bus + a night bus that will bring you directly to Marques de Pombal (Lisbon center)
2 min on foot from a bus to Belem area
2 min on foot from a bus to Alges and a food market (time out) and a maritime promendade where you can do some sports.
In Alges there's also a train to direction Lisbon (Cais do Sodre) and direction Cascais (beaches).
2 min on foot from 2 supermarkets
2 min on foot from a small shopping mall
2 min on foot from a low-cost pay per week gym
10 min on foot from a municipal swimming pool

Alexandra is a great host and has a beautiful home. She made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. the place itself is located in a quiet residential area near supermarkets and is very accessible to downtown Lisbon. The apartment is very comfortable, bright, and well-insulated. I think my favorite thing is the quiet of the neighborhood and the amenities of the home

Residential, and super quiet, But is very well connected. the locals tell me they consider it one of the "posh" neighborhoods.

Parque Urbano do Jamor is close, and there's a Holmes place in walking distance. 2min away is Massimo Ristorante which is a 10/10 Italian restaurant. I think the neighborhood needs a couple of trendy cafes.

Alexandra and Bruno were amazing and easy to communicate with. They have a lovely apartment with great views that is super close to a gym and grocery stores, all well being a short commute to downtown Lisbon. Linda-A-Velha is a lovely community. The place is excellent. It is perfectly equipped and furnished. I had everything is needed. The location is a bit outside of a city, but it is very calm and quite. There are two large supermarkets nearby and actually all necessary infrastructure. Alexandra is the best host I could even imagine. Overall I had a great stay.

Alexandra's place is amazing, fully equipped and served location with multiple markets, cafes, restaurants, banks, and a pharmacy, the neighborhood is very calm and there is a lot of parking if you have a car, Alexandra is a very welcoming person and always ready to assist when you need her, thanks, Alexandra and it was a pleasure to meet you.

The space is great with everything needed for our stay and very spacious. Alexandra was very nice when greeting us at the beginning of our stay and extremely helpful when we had any issues or questions. I would recommend a stay here to anyone. :)

This neighborhood is nice with lots of grocery shops, small cafes, and a gym nearby. The area is residential and the people are usually very nice.

Alexandra is a great landlord, easy to reach and flexible with arrangements. The apartment is wonderful, clean and cosy, everything functions as it should.

Neighborhood
The neighbourhood is a calm residential area, the shops (giant supermarket with great freshly made sushi stall, pharmacy, beauticians, doctor, some restaurants and bakeries etc.) are within 200 m radius of the apartment. Bus stations is very close also, bus 751 takes you to Belem in 10-15 minutes. We traveled with our dog and were happy as are many green areas nearby, also a dog park.
