Flat for rent - Athens

Bright and fully equipped, our apartment is ideal for hosting until 3 people. Its located in a welcoming neighborhood of Athens, close to the center and just 4-minute walk from the metro station Agios Ioannis(red line of the metro)
It includes 2 rooms, living room and kitchen and a bathroom. It has all the necessary utensils and appliances as well as 2 TVs, air conditioning, autonomous heating and is surrounded by a large balcony and a private terrace (only for your use). The terrace has a unique view of the city and the Acropolis, and also a jaccuzi with hydromassage for an unforgettable experience and relaxation.

Our comfortable and bright living room consists of a two-seater sofa, side tables and a fireplace.! The simple decoration combined with the warm colors and the appropriate lighting creates an ideal atmosphere for moments of relaxation.
The kitchen, which is next to the living room, is fully equipped and suitable for preparing every meal. You will find all the necessary cooking utensils and electrical appliances for your convenience. You can dine on the kitchen counter, which is both a divider and a dining table.
The master bedroom has a big bed for two people and the second bedroom one solo bed.

Our bathroom has a bathtub and proper equipment. Also, the washing machine is at your disposal to use it.

From our balcony you have exclusive access to our private terrace with a unique view of the Acropolis hill and the city. A metal staircase will take you to the terrace, where our well-designed space will give you some unforgettable moments beneath the Attic sky. In this unique space, besided the jacuzii you will find a large dining room with chairs for dining, a built-in counter, sun loungers with auxiliary tables. A pergola will provide you with the necessary shade throughout the day, while proper perimeter lighting will give you atmospheric evenings. Enjoy your drink with the background of the city lights and the illuminated Acropolis Rock or relax with hydromassage. This experience will be unforgettable.

What happens after I make a booking?

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.

Can I go through the contract before I make a booking of the housing?

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the host and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases.
