Todos os anos, a Time Out entrevista milhares de moradores para saber qual é o bairro mais interessante que as suas cidades têm para oferecer. Quais são os lugares que os moradores adoram e os visitantes frequentam? Onde ficam os novos restaurantes, espaços culturais e de diversão? Com base nestas perguntas, a revista elaborou a lista dos 40 bairros mais cool do mundo. Nesta edição de 2023, Portugal volta a aparecer no ranking, mas desta vez nem Lisboa nem Porto se destacam. É em Almada, na Costa da Caparica, que fica o 18º bairro mais cool do mundo.

Every year, Time Out interviews thousands of residents to find out which neighbourhood is the most interesting neighbourhood their cities have to offer. What are the places that locals love and visitors frequent? Where are the new restaurants, cultural and entertainment venues? Based on these questions, the magazine compiled a list of the 40 coolest neighborhoods in the world. In this 2023 edition, Portugal appears again in the ranking, but this time neither Lisbon nor Porto stand out. It is in Almada, in Costa da Caparica, that the 18th coolest neighborhood in the world is located.
