The house was very clean and furnished with everything. Washing machine, dishwasher, internet, TV, etc.
Is very warm and comfortable, just a few hundred meters from the clock square (Staroměstské náměstí). We have been there several months and enjoyed it very much. Super recommended!! :)

Perfect location and good condition - easy to get to by car and tram.
Neighborhood
Nothing much to see or do in the area itself but 20 minutes walking to the center of town and if you pick the street with the university to walk into town then it is a treat.

Was a beautiful old-style apartment with a perfect location. Very central in the old town, and super close to Charles Bridge. My only issue was I was moved out of the apartment after a few days due to a leakage. Of course, not the fault of the owner and they swiftly moved me to a new apartment. While the new one was very nice, it was much further from this location. Thank you for having me on my short stay.

Byt dobře zařízen a na přechodné bydlení naprostý ideál.
I přes menší problémy byl majitel vždy vstřícný a nápomocný a prakticky vše bylo vyřešeno, jak nejrychleji být mohlo.

Byt odpovídal popisu. Skvělá komunikace s majitelem. Dobrá domluva, rychlé odpovědi.
Parkování před domem je skvělé, ale chce to mít štěstí na místo.
Menší nepříjemnost byla, že v době mého pobytu stále probíhaly práce na okolních podlažích a bytech. Čili bylo párkrát denně slyšet vrtání apod. To ale po ukončení stavby nebude relevantní.
