This was our second multi month stay at Pavel's apartment.
Please read my spring review.
Construction on the apartments across the street is nearly finished making for a nice quiet stay in this residential area that is close to two tram stations and the 133 bus.
The apartment was immaculately cleaned and we had another wonderful visit.
We tried to eat at all the local Czech restaurants and found the food and service was great and you will notice the prices are much more reasonable in this area vs in the center tourist zone.
We have visited Prague for over 20 years and highly recommend Pavel's apartment and this Zizkov area.

Neighborhood
Older transit hub area that is undergoing rebirth as a residential neighborhood. Nice mix of old and new with modern infrastructure improvements. Well done.

The apparent was more than satisfactory. It was very well equipped for my 1,5 month stay. The area has a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes and is very well connected with the city center either via tram or bus. The landlord accommodated me with anything I needed and was available for all of my questions. If or when I visit Prague again, I will definitely book with Paul again.

Neighborhood
The neighborhood is an upcoming area at the edge of Zizkov. It is quiet and close to the Flora department store (a few stops away with a tram).

Pavel is a gracious host as many have previously mentioned. The property is modern, well equipped and well provisioned. The bed is the most comfortable I'm slept on in Prague. Wifi is great, well secured doors and windows in a nice residential building.

Neighborhood
The neighborhood is local people and businesses away from tourists but has fantastic tram and bus service to get you everywhere quickly The 133 bus to Florenc stops 30 meters from the door. This area of town is going through a construction boom as this was formally rail and distribution services but is now more residential due to it's location to the center. Because it is not in the tourist center the locals are relaxed and patient. Restaurant prices are lower and the pace is like being a real neighborhood.

The apartment was very well located, just a few minutes by tram or bus from the city center. Moreover, the inside of the apartment was very great and we had everything we needed. Good kitchen, modern bathroom, a big living room and a nice bedroom. Pavel was very helpful before and during our stay and we always felt like we could contact him with any troubles we had. I would definitely recommend staying at Pavel’s apartment!

It’s a nice residential neighbourhood, but there are also a lot of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. There are also multiple options for taking public transport near the apartment, which makes it easy to move around Prague.

There is a Lidl in about 5 minister’s walking, we always went shopping there. Also, there is a shopping mall quite near (Flora). And there is a monument hill within walking distance (Vitkov).

Really nice and new apartment. Good location 20-25 minutes away from downtown. The only problem was that the washing machine does not work properly and the water from the shower spills all over the bathroom. Other than that, the apartment is really nice!

Most Nice guy in prague ! Gave US directions to some spots to visit , always anwser back , very Nice and cozy apartment ! The ONLY downside its the WiFi ! We had a few problems with it but he took care of US very well ! Defenetly recomend!

Pavel is a very reliable landlord. Always ready to help in whatever questions related to Prague. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Also the location of flat is good, tramway and bus stop just nearby. A few stops to old town, tramways within every 10 min. I was very satisfied with two month contract with Pavel at Malesicka 23 and can recommended to all who needs good flat with good location.

Byt je nově zrekonstruovaný a moderně vybavený kousek od zastávky tramvaje (cca 3 minuty chůze).
Vybavenost je dobrá, po dobu našeho pobytu jsme si vařili v plně zařízené kuchyni, k dispozici byla i pračka.
Lokace bytu je výborná, v blízkém okolí jsou restaurace a několik prodejen potravin \ supermarketů, také dva parky. Cesta do centra města trvá méně jak 20 minut.
Komunikace s panem Pavlem byla skvělá, vyšel nám ve všem vstříc. Vřele doporučujeme.
