The flat was very well prepared for us, clean and cozy.
Neighborhood
No parking space, we have had scratches on our rentę car even if we were told that we can use parking space near the flat

We really enjoyed the loft apartment, and the loft window was the best part when waking up in the mornings. No issues with internet and all the appliances worked well. The geyser/water heater got cold very quickly, however setting the temperature up to 65 Centigrade allowed two folks to shower for 5 minutes in succession at least. Security was very good. Parking was a challenge especially if coming home in the late afternoon; we managed to find a parking nook consistently available one row of street up, but never close to the apartment. Linen was very clean and we made sure everything would be washed before we left and floors washed. The layout of the apartment was a little challenging, however we made it work. We will consider booking here for friends and family visiting us in future.
Neighborhood
Streets are very narrow on the downhill, and the drive up to the street where the apartment is located is in excess of 20 degrees. Get an automatic and vehicle to drive here.

Definitely take the teleféricos and go to Lido promenade at least once. Also try Madeira shopping centre.

Although we didn't meet in person, Lisbeth was available at all times to answer to all of our questions. The apartment is nice, comfortable and perfectly clean and it has everything you might need during your stay.
Neighborhood
It's close to the city centre, a bit uphill but that's how Madeira is. A clean and calm neighborhood with available parking in the nearby

The place was very clean! You can tell the owner takes care about their property and take pride in their home. Super easy and friendly to deal with. Would definitely book again.
Neighborhood
The area is up above Funchal on a quiet road. You definitely need to take a taxi or a bolt unless you like walking up hills which we didn't mind.

For place to visit it's best to walk 10 minutes into Funchal city!

The apartment looks just like in the pictures, all the necessary amenities such as dish soap, laundry pods, and garbage bags were provided. Good communication with the landlord, quick to respond to messages. The only inconvenience was an unpleasant smell coming from the closet under the stairs, but it wasn't bothersome. Overall, the stay was very successful, and we are satisfied :)

Gorgeous little apartment with a fantastic view and balcony space. It is worth noting though that the way to the apartment is rather steep and may be strenuous for some. The kitchen also lacked some amenities for long-term stays, but for shorter term I think it’s a fantastic space for 1-2 people. Lisbeth was a great host — super accommodating and helpful with my questions. Felt very comfortable during my stay.

Thanks a lot for everything, for the apartment and good condition, and for Madeira, I was there because of you!
Neighborhood
I would recommend them to rent a car, that will be very helpful, and to be very organized because time there's going very quick ☺️

Lovely, well-arranged apartment for 1 or 2 persons. I enjoyed the cleanliness and the little patio with a gorgeous view over the city! Lisbeth has been very helpful throughout my stay and always found a quick solution faced to minor inconveniences (need of a ventilator, internet not functioning, etc.) The neighbourhood is overly calm and the apt close to the city center (15 min walk) but uphill on your way back so take this into consideration. If needed, there are buses around and taxis are affordable from the city centre (4-6€/ride).

We stayed in the apartment for almost one month. The place is nice, newly renovated and equipped with everything. It has a small terrace with a great view and I enjoyed my working days staying there spectating wonderful views of Funchal.
The area is great as well. Close to the center (10min walking) and quiet at the same time.
Many thanks to Lisbeth. She guided me with all I asked and was very helpful when I needed something.
I would love to return one day
Neighborhood

I really liked the flat - even more than I thought I would since it was more roomy and open than expected. The balcony is sunny from late morning until evening and allows for sunbathing in complete privacy. The flat isn't too far away from the center and the shoreline, but the area is calm. Some of the streets you'll need to take to get to it are quite steep - you'll be a bit fitter by the end of your stay ;)
Lisbeth was most helpful as a Landlord!!
Neighborhood
calm, since not quite in the center. Some of the streets are quite steep and you need to pay attention to disappearing sidewalks and passing cars - but that's not uncommon in Funchal.
