What is included in the rental price?

The rental prices on Flatio are final. The rent always includes all the utilities (electricity, heating, and gas) as well as the internet connection provided in all Flatio properties.

Only in rare and very specific cases do we allow the hosts to charge an extra fee that might unnecessarily increase your expenses if it was included in the price. An example of this is a parking fee, which applies to you only if you want to use the available parking space. However, the hosts must always state any charge like this in the listing description so you are informed of this before you make a booking - if it's not there, you are not obligated to pay anything extra.
