Don't know what to write into the property description? See this article to learn what interests potential tenants the most!

The description of your property is an important part of your listing. It allows you to communicate facts that are not obvious from the photos at first sight or that help potential tenants understand your property and its surroundings.

In the property description, we recommend that you include:

  • Information about the area and surroundings
(e.g., the neighborhood's environment, available services and facilities, nearby landmarks or points of interest, transportation options, etc.)
  • Description of the building and the living space itself
(e.g., on what floor the accommodation is, what is the property's layout, and what each room offers)
  • Any important mentions
(e.g., that the noise from the street is noticeable during the day, that the available sofabed shouldn't be used for sleeping for more than 5 days, or that there is an available parking space for an extra fee if someone wishes to use it)
  • Interesting facts or anything you'd like to highlight
(e.g., what makes the accommodation unique, or anything the tenant should be aware of)

Sharing detailed information within the description will minimize questions from potential tenants and help them decide about the booking request faster. By being truthful and transparent, you can also avoid possible misunderstandings down the road that could lead to lease agreement withdrawal. We therefore recommend you mention as much information as possible since it can highly benefit you and your future tenants.
