These are the minimum requirements for a remote work-friendly rental, all of which must be covered in your review:
- Fast, reliable Wi-Fi: Minimum 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds, confirmed by speedtest.net.
- Dedicated workspace: Includes quality desk, office chair, sufficient space for work, good lighting, and low noise level for focused work.
- Workout/meditation area: Available within the rental unit or on the property premises.
