Best Coworking Spaces in Budapest

Once you settle in your new apartment, find the best place to relax, and see a bit of the town, it’ll be time to find yourself a good coworking space. You can always choose to work from home or a café, but there is something to be said for a professionally equipped area with similarly minded people to consult and get inspired by. Here are some of the best coworking spaces in Budapest.

Kubik

Kubik is often touted as one of the best coworking spaces because of its location in the beautiful financial district of Budapest and because it offers many options for a reasonable price.

For €13 per day or just €100 per month, you will get access to the open workspace, private offices, meeting rooms for up to sixteen people, as well as virtual offices and rentable event space. For year-long members, the coworking space is available 24/7. Kubik offers a one-day free trial, so you can see whether this coworking space is suitable for you.

Kaptár

Kaptár is your average but solid coworking experience. Located in Budapest’s centre, it’s perfect for anyone who is constantly on the go. The interior is full of natural light with plenty of seating options, from sofas and bar chairs to standing desks.

The space also offers an event room and a skype room for private calls. The price is reasonable, standing at €13 per day but only €130 per month. Fast Wi-Fi and even a self-service coffee machine are included. There is a more community feel in Kaptár, so you will get to network while you work.

Impact Hub

Most digital nomads might know Impact Hub from other cities as this is an international coworking company. If you have Impact Hub’s Global Passport, you can go into Budapest’s branch and start working.

The 600 square meters ample space includes everything from community restaurant, workspace, chill-out zone, meeting rooms, workshop rooms, self-service kitchen (with complimentary wine), networking events and a room for podcasting and private calls. All of this sits at €14 per day and €157 per month. It is one of the most professionally run and equipped coworking spaces in all of Budapest.

Loffice

Loffice may not offer the most options, but it does provide a unique interior design and modern, inspirational space for work. Though it is closed on the weekend (even for full members), it’s still one of the best places to meet new friends or potential business partners.

The price reflects the uniqueness of the design with €16 per day and €164 per month. However, I don’t think Loffice is style over substance. Whether you want a fixed desk or a private office, you need a meeting room for a larger project, or you need to plan an event and need to rent a good space for it, Loffice has you covered.

The Other WorkSpace

The Other WokSpace may not be as spacious or as full of additional services as the other coworking spaces, but that’ kind of one of its strengths. Its no-nonsense approach makes for a sparse but focused interior with small numbers of people working together simultaneously.

And since, unlike most coworking spaces, it’s opened 24/7, there are no barriers between you and your workload. Its price reflects the minimalist design – €4,50 per day and only €130 for a hot desk. The price includes a fast internet connection, your desk, and a comfy chair. It may sound like very little, but this is a perfect choice for those who aren’t looking for overdesigned or pricy workspaces.
