The apartment has a digital code to open the apartment door and an app that opens the building door. You are totally autonomous, your codes and app are personal for maximum security.

- The apartment has central heating, in no case should you touch the boiler or change the programs already set on the remote control. If there is a problem, you must contact the owner to help you solve problems via WhatApp;
- I do not receive children under 4 years old (this is the co-ownership rule).
Stays of 10 days include two sets of household linen: sheets, towels, tablecloth, kitchen and hand towel.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
