This apartment is in a convenient and quiet location and only minutes away from grocery stores, pharmacies, post office branch and beautiful spacious beaches with a promenade that you can only imagine between the old town of Budva and the island of Sveti Stefan for a comfortable lifestyle.
The entrance with convenient clothes hangers and shoe cabinet. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchenware include a fridge, stove and an oven as well as a dishwasher and electric kettle, toaster, water cooker, cutlery and dishes.
The bathroom is equipped with shower enclosure, hand wash sink, toilet, hot water tank, washing machine and hairdryer, heated floor.
The living room is equipped with sofa bed, dining table with four chairs; there is a cable TV and Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment, iron, ironing-board and the air conditioner with cold and warm settings.

Becici is a town in the municipality of Budva, Montenegro. It is located south-east of Budva and has 1,100 permanent residents. It is a coastal tourist resort in Montenegro. Becici is tourist complex set behind the renowned Becici Beach, near the historic town of Budva on Montenegro's Adriatic coast. It's a laid-back location and the beautiful sandy beach and general amenities make it ideal for families. The shuttle bus runs every 10-20 minutes during the day till 3:00 am at night and has 4-5 stops in Becici, and it cost 50 cents or 1 euro, depending on the distance. There is a tunnel from Becici to Budva which is quite easy to find from the beach or from the main road. Lovely walk actually around the bay before you get to Budva Stari Grad, very nice decent walk mountains to the right and Adriatic Sea to the left.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
