Very pleasant and serviceminded owner. Good infrastructure, Augarten is right nearby and a good variety of groceryshops and such is readily available. Area is quiet and nice in evening. Apartment has all one needs.

Everything was set up well. The apartment had everything needed, from dining ware to coffee maker. Franz was accessible and accommodating.
