It is possible to contact Flatio's Customer Care team via WhatsApp as well?

The article was updated on 12. 5. 2023.

Read this article to understand how our WhatsApp number works in detail, and to see the number you can use for WhatsApp chats with our support.

Yes, it is! You can reach us not only by standard channels but also by WhatsApp.

Here's how to do it

Start by creating a new WhatsApp contact with the number +44 7723 495945. You can name this contact Flatio if you like. After you select this contact in your WhatsApp contact list, a new chat will open where you can enter your message to our Customer Care team.

After you click "Send", a new request will be created in the system that our Customer Care team uses to communicate with customers. But don't worry - you'll receive the answer to your question via the WhatsApp chat you used to contact us.

The first message rule

For customer protection reasons, this integration with WhatsApp only allows customers to start a conversation. Therefore, Flatio can't send you the first message. So if you have a question for our Customer Care team, you have to be the one to contact us.

The 24-hour rule

After you send the first message, our Customer Care team has 24 hours to respond. If there's no response within this time frame, for example, due to heavy workload or because the request was received outside of business hours, the WhatsApp message will be automatically blocked and it'll no longer be possible to respond to it through our system.

In such cases, our Customer Care team will try to contact you either via your WhatsApp phone number or via an alternative phone number/email if you've provided it to us.
