I want to list a property on Flatio. What should it look like?

We can list any living space (apartment, separate room, house, etc.) in any destination, as long as the rented property meets the following two standards:

1. It's fully furnished

2. It has a Wi-Fi connection
   Most Flatio guests are digital nomads, corporate clients, or students, who need an active and reliable Internet connection they can use during their stay. Due to the rapid development of technological products, many devices can no longer use a traditional cable connection, so a Wi-Fi connection is a must on Flatio.

A fully equipped rental unit that includes Wi-Fi access is the Flatio standard. That's what we promise your potential guests, and it's the minimum they always expect. Everything else is a matter of personal taste, e.g. the style and amount of furnishing. We don't ask hosts to adjust the design of their rented living spaces, but we know from experience that our customers prefer mainly a clean, airy environment where they feel comfortable and at home.
