Are you worried about the property not being as described within the Flatio listing? Don't be! See your safety net for these rare situations.

If you move in and the accommodation doesn't match the listing displayed on Flatio (e.g., there are fewer beds than indicated in the listing) and the host cannot fix it promptly (e.g., provide you with the additional bed), you have the right to not take over the accommodation and withdraw from the lease agreement.

This policy also applies in case there's anything else that makes it difficult or even impossible to stay in the accommodation – for example, if there's a lot of mold on the walls or a big mess within the property.
