Who's responsible for complying with the terms and conditions described in the lease agreement?
The lease agreement is a document signed directly between you and the tenant (lessee). Therefore, both parties are responsible for fulfilling the terms and conditions in the lease agreement (i.e. both the landlord and the tenant who rented the property).
