Not sure what exactly the FlatIo service should be. Except for a better rate.
- Expensive service fee is only shown clearly in the last step of the booking process.
- Communication with landlord via FlatIo did not work.
Landlord did not respect the check-in time of 11a.m. (neither responded to messages before), but just stuck to their hotel policy. This was quite a hazzle for me.
- It was not clear for me that it is a smoker's hotel.
- The bad internet connection made working impossible.
IMO these points should be checked and clarified by FlatIo before. Obviously this did not happen. So for me this clearly was a one-time experience. Never again.

We had a problem with our booking. The room was smaller than we booked and had no kitchen and space to work. Once I created the request I was offered to wait for the next working day for a reply from support. Luckily, we managed to deal with the landlord without any help.
