I discovered Flatio by chance and it is the first time I use it. This is such a convenient solution for middle terms stay! The service fees are a bit high, but they come with trustable guarantees in case anything goes wrong - and that's still cheaper than booking monthly stays on short-term specialized platforms!

Very satisfactory service, excellent alternative to the classic apartment search sites, very active help service, they answer you in less than 24H. Maybe improve the contacts with the insurance part, obviously they don't take care of it, but I contacted the customer center and I've been waiting for a response for a week.

we expect a mobile application and support for bank cards from CIS countries, especially Armenia and Georgia. these are 100,000 users who cannot pay for housing, like me for example...
