My biggest pain point was the payment process. Having an immediate payment option with an extra fee deters from using such option. While bank transfer is ok, when using Revolut (a popular banking service) the recepient was marked as suspicious. I still went through it and it got transfered as expected, but it definitely makes a person be more nervous during the process. I do appreciate the flexibility when the due date has passed, but the payment hasn't been registered yet.

The application is terrible, it should be optimized for smartphones. There should be a part to set basic rules, and you should also make it understood for clients, that before payment they should not ask for the landlords phone number and put questions via the website's chatting tool.

translating the webpage and the lease contract to hungarian has some gaps. I would recommend improving that or turn hungarian off and use clear english. Also, there should be a better way to tell that I have occupied the apartment then emailing support

Good value, but it is important that you verify the internet conexión and set a minimum standard for landlords. The internet was unstable and low bandwidth. Very difficult situation for digital nomads.

I am glad to find another platform to book a place to stay while working from home! I find Flatio to be a more secure option and I love that I was able to be in constant contact with the landlord for any issues that occur. Working with Flatio is also super easy from contract signing to reviewing my stay at the end of the trip.
