- Restaurants Bars and Cafes - Take-away or home delivery only.
- Cultural establishments - closed Sports - Gyms, pavilions and other sports venues closed. Individual exercise outdoors allowed.
- Courts - Open
- Hairdressers & Barber Shops - Closed
- Travel in Portuguese territory / border restriction - transport continues to work but you must have a valid reason to travel.
- National travel restrictions enacted under the current state of emergency will be lifted for one day on January 17, when early voting will be allowed, and on election day.
- International travel - Before traveling, the visitor must obtain and confirm information about the procedures and restrictions in the countries of origin and destination, from the airline and foreign and border services.
