How Flatio works – step by step
1) Choose your accommodation
At first, you have to choose an apartment or room according to your ideas. Descriptions of apartments, photo galleries or virtual tours will help you with your choice. We also guarantee that the offers on Flatio are fully in line with reality.
2) Make an reservation
If you are sure about choosing your apartment, you have to make a reservation for the selected period. Subsequently, the landlord will have 24 hours to approve it. You will pay only 19 € for mediation of your rental, and that's all. If the landlord doesn't approve your reservation, you pay nothing.
3) Conclude the contract with the landlord
Once your reservation is approved, you have to sign the contract and pay for the first rent. Signing the contract goes online. However, you can read the contract before requesting a reservation, all the contracts are available in advance at every offer.
4) Agree with the landlord
Once you have successfully signed the contract, you have to agree with the landlord on handing over the keys. Finally, you will arrive and start enjoying your new experience. How simple.
