“My Rentals” is a web applications for landlords, whose advertise on Flatio. It serves several functions.

What the app serves for

The application serves to manage your rental offers in a clear way. Through this, you communicate with tenants, approve reservation requests, check rental repayments, etc. The application will also remind you if there is anything important to do - for example, sign a tenant agreement.

After that, you log in to My Rentals app, you will see a selection on the left side.


DASHBOARD
Dashboard is the most important part od Ma Rentals app. It is understandable that you will see it right after signing in. There is a clear scratch of everything.

MESSAGES
The window "Massages" on the dashboard only alerts you to incoming messages. You can communicate with tenants after clicking this tab

TENANTS
Here you will find all your current and previous tenants. Between current and previous tenants, you can switch to selecting in the top right corner.


OFFERS
This will give you an overview of all your Flatio ads. For more information, you can click on DETAILS.

RESERVATIONS
It is obvious. In this tab you will find an overview of all your current and previous reservations, similar to TENANTS.

RATING
If you've got some ratings, you'll see it here.

HELP
Here you can find a link to frequently asked questions and also ten commandments for landlors. You will find most of the answers to your questions here. However, if you do not know anything, contact Flatio customer support!
